I am looking forward to greeting you at my warm and peaceful studio at The Wellness Center in Fort Collins, Colorado.

My studio is a therapeutic place for nurturing BODY, MIND and SOUL with a holistic and authentic approach to understanding our well-being. Formerly known as INTOUCHstudio, I still feel strongly about my intentions when creating this business identity for myself a while ago.   Expanded knowledge, in depth studies and my gut feeling have made me add a new dimension to what I will be offering now…with over a 1000 hours of training and more then 15 years of practice, I give you the wealth and abundance of my experience.

Facilitating healing, promoting wellness and creating awareness with therapeutic touch, movement and intuitive guidance has become my sincere desire to fulfill. There is no “just healing the body”, we always feed our mind, our soul and our heart with our choices in life. No matter why you are coming to see me, I will be holding space for anything that comes up. This is my commitment to you and to the work I practice and love.

Movement Awareness Therapy! Develop your inner sense and become aware of habits that create these little and big pain symptoms in life. Whether you need assistance with work related pain or other stresses, chronic or acute, that compromise your daily being, we will work with movement and breath to find relief and balance through solutions in new skills.
